Nordstrom’s most senior expert shared her fall shoe picks. Here they are

Nordstrom is my number one choice when it comes to shoes and other sartorial categories. So I called the Seattle-based retailer to get some inspiration on which pair I should purchase for fall. To get the inside scoop on 2022 shoes, I called Beth Kanfer, Nordstrom’s fashion director for footwear, accessories and apparel. As I have come to know from Nordstrom over my 27-years on the planet, she was more than competent.

Kanfer says that now is the right time to review the shoes in your current shoe rotations. Kanfer says, «With silhouette changes across ready-to wear, from skirt lengths and leg openings, it’s never been more crucial to update your shoe collection.» Kanfer has narrowed down the list of styles that are worthy of a spot on your rack to five styles.
